Other schools teach one design with a group of flowers then have students re-use those flowers for their next project. At Flowerhandlers each project made you take home - in its entirety - to enjoy, give away, sell, or (our recommendation) take apart and re-design for practice. Be sure to leave plenty of room in your car for your finished arrangements!

Before each Class or Course you'll be given detailed worksheets for each Lesson with plenty of space for notes, comments, sketches, and pictures.
The worksheets make it easy to update your Floral Journal, and will allow you to reproduce the arrangements you've learned with adaptations and substitutions any time you want to style flowers.

Pictures
"A picture's worth a thousand words!" Bring your camera. We always keep a photo area set up so you can take pictures of your completed projects.
But, if you are smart, you'll also take pictures of your work in progress while at your design bench as step-by-step reminders of how each project went together. Former students say these pictures are priceless!

Even the Tools are Provided
To attend many floral design schools or workshops students have to bring their own tools. Beginning students can waste lots of money acquiring tools which cost from $7 - $35 each that they will never really use.
You won't incur those additional costs when you take our classes. We'll provide tools for in-class use. Then you can decide which type of design tools you like and want to buy for future use.
